These salt & peppers just speak for themselves. The models for these wonderful and soulful dogs were inspired  by Ben & Olive – beloved labs that were and are a cherished part of Alison & Steve’s family.  

Alison describes her passion behind her delightfully whimsical Animal Collection succinctly: “My work is about the celebration of life and the natural world. Animal imagery in clay has always been my chosen expression”.

Alison and her husband Steve (an original band member of Blood, Sweat & Tears) live in Kent, Connecticut with their studio, kilns, two dogs, their African Grey Parrots, Tutu & KooKoo, and the cherished memories of their beloved Guinea Pig, Sid.
