Artist Kathleen explains:
My signature style of whimsical mixed metal designs and art are carefully and thoughtfully handcrafted for you in the Pacific Northwest, USA
The materials in my designs may include jeweler’s bronze, jeweler’s brass, nickel silver, copper & sterling silver. Construction methods include sawing, cutting and the die struck method. All textured and design elements are applied by hand. I color & texture by antiquing, hand painting, and applying resin & enamel and assorted crystals & semi-precious stones.
Re-purposed vintage tin is sometimes added for color and interest. Much of my jewelry is soldered by the use of lead free solder. I also love to use tiny screws, bolts or handmade rivets.
My jewelry is clear-coated with a protective lacquer coating. This coating may help those with sensitivity to various metals.
All of my jewelry has a lifetime guarantee.
To Clean: Wipe gently with a damp soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaning products as these may damage the lacquer coating.
